12. Referred and unregulated services
If Everlife discusses a service that it does not itself provide, we explain whether the service is unregulated or which separate authorised firm is responsible. A referral does not make Everlife responsible for another firm's advice or service unless the applicable contract or law says otherwise.
13. Tax and legal boundaries
Tax treatment depends on circumstances and can change. General tax information on this website is not tax advice. Trusts, shareholder agreements, cross-option arrangements, company documents and ownership transfers can require separate legal advice. Everlife will explain the boundary of its insurance service.
