Our commitment
Everlife wants people to be able to understand and use our website and services, including people with disabilities, changing health, limited digital confidence or different communication needs.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA and to make reasonable adjustments to the way we provide information and support.
What you should be able to do
We aim to make it possible to:
- Navigate by keyboard without becoming trapped.
- Use a screen reader with meaningful headings, labels and link text.
- Zoom and reflow content without losing information or controls.
- Understand form instructions, errors and how to correct them.
- Pause or avoid unnecessary motion.
- Use clear contrast and not rely on colour alone.
- Access the core journey on mobile and desktop.
- Request important information in another format.
Current conformance
Known limitations
List every material issue and the workaround.
Potential areas to test include embedded calendars, cookie controls, third-party chat or video, PDFs, complex tables, form errors, focus order and colour contrast.
Alternative formats and communication support
If you need information in large print, audio, a more accessible document or another reasonable format, contact us. You can also ask for written follow-up, more time, a different contact channel or appropriate involvement of a trusted person.
Tell us what information you need and what format or adjustment would help. You do not need to disclose more health information than is necessary for us to understand the request.
